ANUP ISAAC
Country Director, UAE & Oman

As the Country Director for the UAE and Oman at Yellow Door Energy, Anup oversees all the activities relating to the development and control of solar projects. He leads, mentors and motivates a dedicated team of solar energy experts to bring solar agreements to commercial and industrial customers. Anup also identifies new product offerings and determines new opportunities for growth to help businesses reduce energy costs and switch to renewable energy. With 20 years of experience, Anup brings forth a results-oriented approach and provides tailored solutions that best address customer needs.

Anup joined Yellow Door Energy in 2015 as Vice President of Sales. In this role, he originated over 35 megawatts of distributed solar and energy efficiency projects. These investment opportunities, ranging from medium to long term, have helped multi-national corporations and locally owned family businesses save money, become more competitive and enhance their sustainability leadership.

Prior to joining Yellow Door Energy, Anup held progressive business development roles in a multitude of industries such as construction, manufacturing, sustainability and renewable energy. His multi-industry experience gives him an appreciation for the challenges and opportunities in different business settings and the importance of adaptability and flexibility. He managed one of Dubai’s first companies focused on sustainable products and the experience gave him an in-depth understanding of sustainability and the sustainable energy transition.

Anup holds an MBA from XLRI (Xavier School of Management) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering in India.
